Bulletproof Coconut Smoothie (Canned Coconut milk)

Ingredients
Canned Coconut milk (full fat), 1/2 cupFiltered or mineral water, 1/4 cupMCT Oil (Bulletproof) Brain Octane 1T=15gVanilla Bean (Bulletproof taste much better)BulletProof Whey Protein, 2 tbsplemon rind, 1/2 lemon (optional)Stevia (optional, to taste, good quality pure stevia extract)
Directions
Mix with a blender or milk frother the coconut milk, the vanilla and the MCT (Brain Octane) oil (and the stevia if you add any).
Incorporate the Whey protein gently, mix in with a manual whisk or low speed in your blender to avoid damaging the delicate whey protein.
