Crab and Saln cakes

Ingredients
2 eggs 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs1 8 ounce can pink salmon1 6 ounce can white crab1 small onion chopped saluted 3 minutes1 -2 cloves garlic minced saluted 1 minute1/4 cup baby spinach, saluted 1 minute1 Tbls red pepper hummus homemade is 15 calories per tablespoon1 This fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon Herbes due ProvenceSalt and pepper t tasteOptional in dry skillet on low heat , gently heat large portabella mushroom caps until they reduce in size by a 1/4 inch. Put cakes into caps and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or pan fry in 1 teaspoon vanilla oil till brown on both sides and cooked through
