1 tsp Pepper, black 4 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 0.50 tbsp Salt 10 oz Ground Pork 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Grade A Extra Large White Eggs 0.75 serving 1 med yellow onion 16 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 10 oz 73% Lean Ground Beef (by DIANESNEWLIFE) .75 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 2 cup Tomato Sauce
Core out the bell peppers.
Mix the remaining ingredients through black pepper to make a filling, using the 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
Fill bell peppers. Arrange in giant pot (or two depending how they fit) and cover with remaining tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, lower temp, and simmer for 40 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 16 stuffed bell peppers
