Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
1 Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.6 lb *1 Spanish Onion, Med, diced, 1 servingCarrots, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1.5 cup, dicedBeef stock, home-prepared, 4 cup*Tomato Diced canned, 2 cupTomato Sauce, 3 cup*Ditilini Pasta 1/2 cup dry, 0.5 cup Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans), 2 cupSpinach - Dole Baby Spinach, 5 oz
Directions
Cut roast into 1 inch cubes - brown
Put browned meat, vegatables, stock, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce in slow cooker - cook 4 hours
add pasta, chick peas, and spinach in the last half hour
