Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 5oz can pink salmon5 saltines1 tbsp. chopped onion2 tsp grey poupon dijjon mustard2 egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients and make two patties
Use cooking spray like pam and coat a fry pan
Fry patties on both sides until brown
