No Tortilla Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast4 green bell peppers (or mix of colors)2 medium onions3 cans Enchilada sauce1 can green chilis3 cups reduced fat mexican cheese
Directions
Cook chicken and shred
saute onions and peppers
layer in 9x11 baking dish chicken, onion and peppers mix, cover with enchilada sauce, top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375 for 20 mins. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 mins.
