Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour1 small onion8 oz tomato paste1 cup water1.5 T parsley1t salt1/2 t black pepper1/2 t Tabasco Sauce
Directions
1) Brown flour in the oven
2) Saute onions in sauce pan
3) Add browned flour, tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 30 minutes
4) Add shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Simmer for 10 minutes

Do not overcook shrimp.
