Egg Foo Young

Ingredients
2 cup bean sprouts4 large eggsGarlic salt1/4 sliced large onion2 T vegetable oilsoy sauce
Directions
Oil bottom of frying pan. Spread bean sprouts in pan. Put egg on top, breaking yolks. Add garlic salt to taste. Top with onions. Add 2 T water. Steam in tightly covered frying pan until egg is set. Add soy sauce to taste.
