Spicy Chinese Five Spice Shrimp

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive oil1lb shrimp3 Tbsp pepper jelly (third coast pepper passion)2 tbsp fish sauce2 tbsp rice wine vinegar2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp Chinese Five Spice2 tsp chili lime salt1 tsp cornstarchSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add Olive oil to pan. Add minced garlic. Sautee. As shrimp begins to turn pink move to one side of pan. Then slowly add the other ingredients, except cornstarch. Continue to sautee...Then add corn starch and let sauce reduce till shrimp is done to your liking.
