Spicy Apple Breakfast Shake

1/2 cup Quaker Oats, natural whole grain1 cup Lactaid Non-Fat Milk1 small apple cored and cut into chunks*1 tablespoon Jarrow brown rice protein powder 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon3-4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute. The more you blend it the better it gets. Always blend a full minute in order to
break down the oats.
* You can substitute 1 fruit of your choice and leave out or vary the spice .
