Ingredients
1 cup spinach1 cup spring greens mix1 cup mixed frozen berries1/4 of an avacado1 tablespoon chia seedsa pinch of cayenne pepper (spice)1.5 c coconut water
Directions
Rinse spinach and spring greens thoroughly, add all ingredients to blender and blend until desired texture is reached. (about 30 seconds in the nutribullet)
