Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c. oatmeal1 c. cottage cheese (2%)4 tsp. baking powder2 eggs8 egg whites8 packets of splenda1 tsp vanilla1tsp cinnamon
Directions
Place dry oatmeal in blender and blend to make it into a powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to mix batter. Pour batter onto a hot skillet and brown on both sides. Makes 8 large pancakes (4 servings)
