Pork Chop & RIce Bake

Ingredients
4-6 pork chops1 can of cream of chicken soup1 soup can of milk1 cup of minute rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown chops. Place in bottom of 13X9 baking pan(sometimes can use a smaller pan depending on how much you're making). Mix soup, milk and rice together is a separate bowl. Pour mixture over chops and spread out evenly. Bake for 1 hour, covered wit Aluminum foil.

    This was quite good. I added some lowfat cheese to the rice. It made it even ccreamier and added some sharpness to it. I also added some onion powder and garlic powder. Also I used cream of mushroom soup once and it was good too. - 10/18/10
