Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, .25 cup kernels Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedRefried Beans, .125 cupCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbspAvocados, California (Haas), 100 grams Beans, black, .25 cupOld El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 tsp
Mix all ingredients in bowl, except avocado, sour cream and refried beans.
Form into two burger patties.
Throw on grill.
Grill until done.
Top with refried beans, sour cream, and avocado.
