Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
100g Red Pepper, diced100g Celery, Diced100g Onion, Diced1 284ml Can whole mushrooms, halved1 398ml Can Aylmer Fire Roasted Tomatoes1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbsp Soya Sauce1 Tbsp garlic (freeze dried)Salt & Pepper to taste6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, baked & cut into 1 inch pieces.
Directions
Saute red pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms. Add soya sauce, garlic & worcestershire sauce. Cook until celery is tender. Add Tomatoes cook until juice of tomatoes is reduced.

Add chicken, cook 5 minutes longer.

Serve 4 oz of chicken with 100g of sauce.
