Ingredients
1/2 D'Italiano Bagelli Bruschetta2 slices Harvest Back Bacon (Canadian)1 Poached Egg1 Kraft Fat Free Cheese SliceTomato Slices
Directions
Poach Egg with silicone ring in 1/4 inch boiling water in T-Fal Pan. Add a little plain rice vinegar to the ring. Place egg in and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper. Slice tomato. Toast Bagel half and place cheese on top of bagel. Add tomato and light salt and pepper. Add Back Bacon and top with poached egg.
