Place all ingredients in small sauce pan on low heat, allow all to melt/warm.
Pour in blender and puree and until creamy and thick. Pour in to 16-cube ice cube tray and place in freezer ~10 minutes.
Remove, continue to cool in fridge.
Serving Size: Makes 16 ice cube sized bombs
