Breaded Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chopscoconut oil1 cup of cornflakes, crushedhalf a cup of whole wheat panko grated parmesan cheesesaltpepperpaprikaonion powdersage1 egg
Directions
preheat the oven to 425 F

spray baking sheet with oil of choice

salt and pepper pork chops on both sides, then wash in beaten egg

place all other ingredients in a bag and shake porkchops into mixture

place evenly on baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
