Ingredients
Whole Foods Organic Pizza Dough, 1 bag*Olive Oil - Carlini - 100% Pure Olive Oil, 1 tbspDave's Gourmet Red Heirloom Organic Pasta Sauce, 1 cup*Crushed Garlic, 1 tsp Maverick Uncured No Sugar Bacon, 6 slices, cooked2% Mozzerella, 2 cupSpinach, fresh, 4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Directions
Spread olive oil on cookie sheet, then spread dough. let rise and spread again. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, until barely golden. Using a spatula, flip upside down. Spread garlic gently and evenly, then spread pasta sauce. Chop spinach and sprinkle; sprinkle bacon and cheeses. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starting to crisp.
