Creamy garlic "mock" potatoes (cauliflower)

1 head of cauliflower, leaves removed, steamed until soft1/4 c heavy cream1/4 block of Kerrygold ButterDry basilBlack pepper2-3 large garlic cloves diced
Steam whole head of cauliflower until very soft
Place in blender or food processor along with other ingredients and puree until creamy and consistency of mashed potatoes.
For an extra yummy step, sprinkle with cheese and bacont bits and allow to bake in a hot over. Delish!
Serving Size: makes approx 8 servings (less if you love it like I do)
