Sugar Free Banana Blueberry Protein Pancakes

2 cups wheat free/gluten free oats2 TBSP of brown rice protein powder. 1 banana2 egg whites1 cup low fat cottage cheese1/4 unsweetened almond milk more if batter too thick 1 tsp baking sode1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 fresh blueberries Makes about 12 3-4 inch pancakes
Combine everything except the blueberries in a high speed blender. Once blended add more almond milk if too thick.
Stir in blueberries.
Heat frying pan with 1 tsp olive oil over med heat.
Cook just like normal pancakes. Flip when bubbles start to appear on the top.
Store in an airtight continuer in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Grab n go as a healthy high protein snack.
