Ingredients
Ingredients:Apple, Braeburn, Medium, diced*Dowd & Rogers Blanched Almond Flour, 3 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tspSalt, 1 tsp or lessButter, unsalted, 4 tbsp, in tiny very cold piecesCinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp Egg white, large, 2 servingBragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbspHoney, 2 tbsp
Directions
stir dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Combine, add apples. Form into a ball, flatten, cut into 8 slices. Bake at 350 until brown and toothpick comes out clean (about 25 minutes)
