4 oz Neufchâtel cheese3/4 cups egg whites1/3 cups heavy whipping cream1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese1 teaspoon chives 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon minced garlic2 cups mozzarella cheese1/2 cup lowest carb tomato sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese10 slices pepperoni3 oz sliced olives
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Spread two cups mozzarella cheese evening in the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Mix Neufchâtel cheese, egg whites, whipping cream, parmesan cheese chives, Italian seasoning and garlic until smooth then pour over melted mozzarella cheese in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, spread tomato sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese and olives over top. Bake until bubbly and brown. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
