Ingredients
15 Medjool dates3 T cocoa powder* (plus more for rolling)1 cup almonds¼ cup hot water
Directions
Add dates to a food processor and blend until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until ingredients form a paste. Dump dough onto a piece of waxed paper and form a 6 x 6 inch square. Allow to rest a minute. Using a knife, cut into 16 equal portions. Roll into a ball on a lightly dust surface with extra cocoa powder.
