Shrimp and avocado-Cream Pasta

Ingredients
6 ouonces shrimp2 ounces of whole wheat pasta1 1/4 cup fresh spinach1/4 cup of basil leaves1/2 of a medium avocado1/4 cup fat free half and halfsalt and pepper and spikesmall red pepper cut in matchstick piecescherry tomatosparmesan cheese shredded
Directions
1. Thaw shrimp pat dry and set aside
2. Cook pasta Drain reserve 2 tablespoons of the pasta liquid
3. Food Processor combine 1/4 cup spinach. the basil avocado , half and half, salt and black pepper. Process until smooth
4. Spray a large skillet and cook red pepper for about 3 minutes
Add shrimp : cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp or opaque
Stir in pureed spinach mixture and the reserved pasta water. Heat
Remove from heat add the remaining 1 cup spinach and the tomatoes and the cooked pasta, toss to combine
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
