Nandini's Unique Salmon Salad Wrap

Ingredients
* Spinach, fresh, .25 cup * *Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 1 flour tortilla, 1 serving * *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 3 oz * *Broccoli Slaw, 1 oz * Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 container (4 oz) * Curry powder, .5 tsp * Don Pablos Pico de Gallo, .5 serving
Directions
Combine curry and drained yogurt, stir well
Add drained pico de gallo (may use salsa instead - pineapple is particularly good) stir
Add salmon and stir

Spread onto Lo Carb tortilla and top with baby leaf spinach.

Serves one but may be made in large quantity and used later

Tuna or chicken may be substituted for salmon
