Tilapia Stuffed With Blue Crab

Tilapia, 36 oz Blue Crab, 16 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup *Cheese -- Kraft Fat Free Mozarella, 0.25 cup *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 oz*Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloveBasil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Lemon juice optional
Chop and saute garlic until lightly browned.
Mix blue crab, ricotta cheese, parmesan, 1/2 S&P, basil, mozzarella in a bowl. Add in garlic when lightly browned.
Rinse and dry tilapia with a paper towel. Divide into 12 filets.
Prepare a pan for the oven.
Spoon mixture into tilapia filets and roll filet around the mixture place on the pan for the oven. Once all are completed, sprinkle remaining S&P over the filets.
Place in the oven until done - around 35- 40 minutes on 350F degrees.
