Ingredients
Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cupRobin Hood Nutri Flour Blend[1/4C or 30g=1seving], 1 cup Honey, .5 cupCanola Oil, .5 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp1/2 cup dandelion flowers (not in calculations as I could find no nutritional facts)
Directions
Blend oil and honey in blender, beat in eggs, mix in flour, oatmeal, and flowers(petals only).drop by teaspoon onto parchment or lightly oiled cookie sheet and bak 10-15 min at 375. very lightly browned.
