Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.75 cup (drained) (reserve liquid)1/2 Jalapeno Pepper (chopped)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .5 fl ozCilantro, fresh, 1 tbsp (or desired amount)Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add about half of reserved liquid from chickpeas to mixture for desired consistency.
