1 cup coconut flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 c and 2 tbsp. (10 tbsp.) Honey (or less)1 cup lactaid milk 1% or regular or coconut milk3 brown eggs3 tablespoons flaxseed meal mixed with 9 tablespoons water 4 tbsp. coconut oil melted4 tbsp. vanilla extract4 tbsp. chia seeds1 cup blueberries
mix all but blueberries then stir in blueberries. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Will be very moist.
