Thai Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients
1 Tbsp flax meal2 Tbsp water1 cup cooked Quinoa1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats - dry1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained1/2 medium onion, chopped1 cuo shelled Edame1/2 cup cilantro, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 Tbsp curry powder1 Tbsp Siracha1 Tsp black pepper1 Tsp salt
Directions
1. Add flax seed and water, let set for 10 minutes
2. Cook Quinoa and let cool.
3. Put rolled oats in food processor and grind until fine
4. Add remaining ingredients, flax mixture and Quinoa to ground oat flour and pulse until all ingredients are ground to fine texture.
5. Form into 8 patties
6. Saute in olive or coconut oil on medium high heat for 3 -5 minutes per side.
7. Preheat oven to 350. When up to temperature cook sauteed patties for an additional 10 minutes.
8. Add your favorite condiments and a bun and enjoy.
