Ingredients
2 tsp Olive Oil1 1/2 chopped onions1 1/4 celery1c uncooked brown rice21/2 water2 tbs lemon juice1/4tsp Salt1/4 almonds
Directions
Brown onions & celery. Add water & lemon & salt & rice. bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover for 50 min. Until rice is cooked mix in Almonds.
