Haddock fillet, 1 lb., 3.4 oz. Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 1-1/2 Tbsp.Horseradish, 1 tbsp.Salt and pepper to tastePanko Bread Crumbs, Plain, 0.25 C.Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs, chopped [to taste1 teaspoon garlic powderParmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Spray vegetable (I used butter-flavored) spray on foil. Lay haddock on enough foil to fold into a tent [try not to have it touch the fish, but no worries if it does] and seal. Spread mayonnaise, horseradish, and S & P over fish. Lightly sprinkle panko crumbs, dill, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese over that. Seal foil and baked at 350 degrees for 40 min. or until fish flakes with a fork easily.
