Vegan Chocolate Zucchini Prune Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups shredded zucchini1 1/2 whole wheat flour1/2 cup baking cocoa powder1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips1 snack cup natural applesauce2 tablespoons flax meal1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk4 or 5 dried prunes
Directions
Use food processor. Shred zucchini and puree prunes. Combine all other ingredients adding the flour and baking soda last.
