Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Carrots, raw, 4 medium Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large Kale, 2 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 6 large, slicedSweet potato, 1 large Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 TbspOrganic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 4 cupsMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 Tbsp. Shallot, 1 mediumOnion, White (1/2 of a large one)Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 2 cup Collard greens, fresh - 2 cups, chopped
Cut all vegetables into chunks. Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil; after boiling for 2 minutes, reduce to simmer and leave on low heat for the next hour or more. Stir every 5-10 minutes.
