Ingredients:Medjool dates, 8 oz roughly choppedCranberries, dried, 1/2 cup Protein powder, 1/4 cupAlmonds, 1/4 cup, slivered Orange Zest 1 - 1 1/2 tspCoconut Oil, 2 1tsp Combine dates, cranberries and protein powder in a food processor and pulse until broken down and crumbly.Add the almonds and orange zest. Process until well combined.With the blender running, slowly add the coconut oil until the mixture comes together into a sticky ball.Using a 1/2 TBSP - measure out dough and roll into balls between your hands. Dust with vanilla protein powder. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
