Little nutty, little sweet steel cut oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups water1 cup uncooked steel cut oats2 TBS maple syrup2 TBS sunflower seeds2 TBS PB2 (powdered peanut butter - I use crunchy)
Directions
Bring water to a boil, stir in oats. Simmer for 10-20 minutes depending on preferred texture. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Divide into 4 portions.
