2 Tbsp of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate mix (can be substituted with diet)1 cup skim milk1/2 a banana, frozen without peel1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter, smooth style
Simply place all ingredients in blender. Blend until well mixed.

It's delicious. I recently started using almond milk and decided to use the recipe calculator to figure the calories in the recipe. Came up with quite a few more calories -- so checked the calories in your recipe. The peanut butter and banana calculations are too low. Am I missing something? - 7/23/14

Someone must be reading my mind as many smoothies like this one I've been
making with same or similar ingredients. I loved peanut butter and chocolate so
this is a winner, I just use plain coco powder sweetened with stevia and sometime
a bit of honey too for more flavor. All else same and thanks - 7/23/14
