*Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)White Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Cook rice according to directions. Chop onion, carrot, and scallion. Add vegetables to sesame oil in wok or non-stick pan over high heat for five minutes. Chop raw chicken and add to pan until thoroughly cooked. Add eggs to pan, scrambling until thoroughly cooked. Add cooked rice to pan, and stir, cooking for five minutes. Remove pan from heat and add soy sauce to taste.
