Pollock & Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients
Blue menu light 100 parmesan cheese (by AMICHELINA) Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream) Atlantic Pollock (fish) Brocolli raw Onions, raw Garlic club house lemon herb seasoning (by SPICKARD2) Milk, 1%
Directions
Sautee chopped onions & finely chopped garlic until tender.

Place fillets on top of onions & garlic, reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Bake for 2 minutes.

Add broccoli florets and sprinkle lemon & herb seasoning and cover, continuing to simmer covered until fish is almost cooked through.

Remove lid and pour in milk & cream. Stir gently. Bring to a low boil. Approximately 2 mins.

Pour in parmesan cheese & stir. Simmer for a minute or two until desired thickness of sauce.

I serve this over whole wheat pasta (not accounted for)
