Ingredients
2 tins Sainsbury's Mixed Beans in mild chilli sauce (suitable for vegetarians)1 tin chopped tomatoes (suitable for vegetarians)2 teaspoons ground cumin1 teaspoon ground turmeric1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon brown sugarsalt and pepper to tasteoptional - 1 tin tuna packed in brine
Directions
combine everything in a saucepan and bring up to heat. Taste to adjust seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
