Muesli

Ingredients
Equal parts rolled oats, barley, wheat. Dried fruits: dried (not fried!) bananas, apricots, peaches, pears, walnuts. Nuts: sesame seeds, pecans, sunflower seeds, or hazelnuts. Mix and match as you like.
Directions
I do a huge batch. Mix together equal parts grains. Optional: preheat oven to 350 and roast grains (in batches) on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes. Roast nuts the same way. Chop nuts and fruit. Stir all ingredients together. Store in air-tight container or in freezer.
