10 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 2 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Cook the ground turkey in a frying pan
-Steam cauliflower and broccoli in steamer approx. 15-20 min depending on how crisp you enjoy your veggies (you can also steam veggies if you have a Epicure/Tupperware steamer and it takes less time)
-in a pan add veggies with oil and spices, fry together add ground turkey and add onions. Fry together for approx. 5-7 minutes and serve.
