Ingredients
Chilli Olive oilKidney beanssunflower seedspumpkin seedscarrotsspring onionscheese to grateroasted almondspepper & sea saltcroutonstuna fish (canned)lettuce (two types)
Directions
1 serving:
wash lettuce and place in salad spinner until dry,
place in bowl,
add all ingredients (grate the carrot and cheese and chop the spring onions)

NB the kidney beans must be soaked the night before as to remove toxins
