Dijon Honey Pecan topping

Ingredients
2 tbsp Honey 1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 dash Salt 1 dash Black Pepper (Ground)1/4 cup, Pecan halves
Directions
Melt butter. Add Honey, mustard, Wocestershire Sauce, salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
Spread sauce over the pieces of meat.
Crush pecan halves in a little bag with a rolling pin or mallet. Sprinkle over the pieces of meat.
Bake in the oven for time required to bring meat to desired temperature.

Serving Size: should glaze and encrust four pieces of meat
