COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH ENOUGH TO SUCK THROUGH A STRAW.

YOU CAN MIX AND MATCH ANY FRUIT. SOMETIMES I JUST USE STRAWBERRIES. YOU CAN ALSO USE DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF YOPLAIT LIGHT. I DO ALL THE TIME. I ALSO USE DIFFERENT FIBER PRODUCT. THIS IS JUST WHAT I HAD BOUGHT THIS TIME.
