Meat balls & Rice

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 small onion1/2 green pepper1 egg1/2 cup rolled oats-quick1 tsp. salt1 tsp. parsley1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredents together.
Make small meat balls and cook in 2 Tbs. oil until brown on all sides.

Serve over a serving of brown rice

    Meatballs were really good, served with salad instead of rice a little bbq sauce on the side will make, may try rice with teriaki sauce next time will make again for sure - 6/3/09
