0.50 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 3 serving Dijon Mustard, Trader Joe's Whole grain 1 Tbs=1 serving 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 40 oz Pink Salmon (fish)
Heat bbq on high. Mix syrup, mustard, salt and pepper. Coat salmon with half. Reduce to medium high place soaked cedar plank on bbq. Bbq 20-25 minutes. Half way coat with balance.
