Slow Cooker Pot Roast with Artichokes

Ingredients
* Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3.5 lb * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Garlic, 3 cloves * White Wine, 3 fl oz * Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled * Artichokes, Canned, 1 14 oz can * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp * Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes a great meal for four. Super easy and FAST!

Brown meat before placing in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients (seriously, just pour everything in). Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. (or 4-5 on high if in hurry). Leftover sauce can be used a gravy but you might need to add starch to thicken it up.
