Ingredients
1 serving Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin 1 oz Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus 0.5 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 0.3 serving Bacon, Jones Canadian Bacon, 3 slices 1 serving Kraft 2% Deli-Deluxe Swiss Cheese Slices 1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
I use a NuWave oven which makes this easy. I put the egg into a foil potpie dish sprayed with Pam. Put the mushrooms on top and cook for 10 minutes. While this is going toast the english muffin. Once toasted put the sandwich together with the humus, swiss cheese, and canadian bacon. Add the egg and mushroom when done and finish off with the spinach. Very tasty and filling.
